SmartNews Japan and Nordot USA Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring Diverse Global News to Japanese Readers

TOKYO, JAPAN — SmartNews Japan, a leading global news discovery app, and Nordot USA, a New York-based global content distribution platform, today announced a partnership to deliver a curated selection of top European and U.S. news content to the Japanese market. This collaboration is the first of its kind, establishing a direct channel for translated, high-quality international journalism to reach Japanese readers.

The agreement leverages Nordot USA's wide selection of global content catalogue and expertise in content distribution. Nordot USA will now venture into localization and content translation, as part of their AI-Powered Content Creative Suite, providing a steady stream of articles from well-known global media outlets. This content will be distributed directly to the SmartNews Japan platform, expanding the range of news available to its user base.
